This page identifies key service-provider categories that may process personal data for SwaVid. Vendor names, regions, and roles may change as SwaVid evolves.

Before production use involving regulated school, child, EU, UK, or sensitive personal data, SwaVid should complete vendor due diligence and execute appropriate data protection terms where required.

Material additions to sub-processors for school, child, EU, UK, or other regulated data should be made available through this page or contractual notice where required.

Before appointing a material sub-processor for restricted data, SwaVid should assess the provider purpose, data categories, processing location, security controls, retention, breach assistance, deletion support, confidentiality terms, audit rights where appropriate, AI training policy if applicable, and ability to support children and student data obligations.

SwaVid should not disclose more student or child data to a sub-processor than is reasonably necessary for the provider function. Where anonymised, de-identified, aggregated, redacted, or tokenised data is sufficient, SwaVid should prefer that lower-risk form.

School and enterprise customers may require prior notice of new sub-processors, objection windows, or region commitments. Such rights must be set out in the signed agreement. Public listing on this page is not a substitute for contractual notice where the contract requires a different notice method.
