This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid SwaVid plans unless a separate signed order form, school agreement, or partner agreement states different terms.

If SwaVid sells direct consumer subscriptions or paid plans, the plan page, invoice, checkout page, or order confirmation will state the price, billing cycle, included features, trial terms, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation method.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at purchase, cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund fees already paid for a current billing period.

Refund requests must be sent to info@swavid.com with the purchaser name, registered email or phone, payment date, payment reference where available, and reason for the request.

SwaVid may approve, deny, or partially approve refund requests based on applicable law, purchase terms, usage, duplicate payment, technical failure, unauthorised charge, school contract terms, or payment-provider rules.

School, institutional, bulk, pilot, implementation, training, and partner fees are governed by the relevant written agreement, purchase order, invoice, or statement of work.

A person purchasing a SwaVid plan represents that the person is authorised to use the payment method and to purchase the relevant plan for the parent, child, school, institution, or organisation. Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers, and their terms, chargeback rules, settlement timelines, identity checks, and fraud controls may apply.

SwaVid may suspend paid access for payment failure, chargeback, suspected fraud, abuse, cancelled mandate, expired payment method, or breach of purchase terms. Suspension does not waive amounts lawfully due unless SwaVid confirms a waiver in writing.

Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory cooling-off rights, chargeback rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded by law. If applicable law requires a different refund, cancellation, or notice period, that law controls for the affected transaction.

Refunds, if approved, may be returned to the original payment method and may take time depending on the payment provider, bank, card network, wallet, UPI provider, or other intermediary.

- ( a ) Misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms.
- ( b ) Requests made after the stated refund window, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- ( c ) Failure to use the service after access was made available.
- ( d ) Dissatisfaction with AI output where the paid service was materially available, except where mandatory law or a written guarantee applies.
