This Cookie Policy explains how SwaVid uses cookies, local storage, pixels, SDK storage, and similar technologies.

Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential cookies or tracking, SwaVid must obtain that consent before using those technologies.

SwaVid does not intentionally use advertising cookies or remarketing tags on child learning surfaces. Non-essential analytics on child surfaces should be minimised, configured for child-safe operation, and used only where lawful.

Users may manage browser cookies through browser settings. Where SwaVid offers a cookie banner or consent settings, users may accept, reject, or change non-essential choices through that control.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent account login, dashboard operation, lessons, payments, or security features from working.

A production deployment serving EU, UK, or other consent-banner jurisdictions should include a cookie consent mechanism with equal accept and reject choices for non-essential cookies. This policy does not itself set cookies or collect consent.

Where consent is required, non-essential analytics, advertising, profiling, remarketing, social-media pixels, or similar tracking technologies should not be activated until the user has given valid consent. Consent choices should be specific, informed, freely given where required, capable of withdrawal, and recorded where legally necessary.

A reject option for non-essential cookies should be presented with comparable prominence to an accept option in jurisdictions requiring that standard. Withdrawing consent should be no more difficult than giving consent where applicable law requires equivalent ease.

This Cookie Policy applies not only to browser cookies but also to local storage, session storage, SDK identifiers, mobile device identifiers, analytics SDK storage, authentication storage, and similar technologies. Strictly necessary storage may be required for login, security, session continuity, fraud prevention, profile selection, consent recording, and lesson continuity.

Child-facing surfaces should avoid advertising identifiers, remarketing pixels, and non-essential third-party trackers. Analytics used for reliability, safety, or product improvement should be minimised and configured to avoid unnecessary child profiling.
