# Photograph the sum. See the wrong step.

## A stuck sum, sorted in one sitting

## From photo to understood, in order

## Their own mistake, not just the answer

## Two minutes beside them tells you everything

## A tutor at the desk, not a machine

## Before your child uploads a page

## The other pieces this one works with

## From the journal.

SwaVid Doubt Solver · Photo, PDF or voice

Your child clicks a photo of the notebook page. SwaVid shows the question and their own working back first, points at the exact line that went wrong, and works the method in short steps — then gives one new sum to try alone.

It teaches the method, then checks with one practice sum. It does not write the homework.

One real sum, start to finish

Class 8, Linear Equations in One Variable. This is the actual working SwaVid reads and explains — not a mocked-up screen.

What your child wrote

2x + 5 = 17

2x = 17 + 5 Wrong step

The 5 crossed to the other side, but the sign did not flip with it.

The method, worked

2x = 17 − 5

2x = 12

x = 6

Check: 2(6) + 5 = 17 ✓

Watch out: when a term crosses the “=”, its sign changes.

Your turn: one new sum, same method — for example 3x − 2 = 13. Get it wrong, and SwaVid shows the full working for that sum once, then stops.

How a doubt gets solved

Every step shows on screen, in the order the product actually follows.

Click a photo of the textbook or notebook, upload a PDF, type the doubt, or say it aloud. Handwritten working is read too.

SwaVid shows the question and your child’s own working, line by line, before explaining anything. A blurry photo gets asked for again.

It names the first wrong step, works the method in three to five short steps, warns about the usual slip, then hands back one sum to solve.

What changes for your child

Most doubt apps print the final line. SwaVid starts from the two lines your child wrote before getting stuck — that is where the real confusion sits.

Write 2x = 17 + 5, and it says exactly that: the 5 changed sides but the sign did not. The lines your child got right stay as they are.

A Class 7 child asking about a right triangle is not handed trigonometry. It teaches with methods that class has already covered.

Every explanation ends with one practice sum. Get it wrong, and SwaVid shows the full working for that sum once, then stops. No endless chatting.

What you see, without opening the book

Nothing is hidden in the chat. The question, the working, and the explanation sit in labelled boxes on one screen.

What it will not do

Some limits here are on purpose, so a child cannot use it to skip the thinking.

Questions, answered

It works the method in three to five short steps, so the number does appear inside the working. But it always ends with one new sum for your child to solve alone. Get that wrong, and it shows the full working once, then stops. It will not write a full essay or assignment to copy.

A photo of a textbook or notebook page, a PDF, typed text, or a spoken question. Handwriting is read too. It always shows what it read back before explaining, so a misread digit can be caught early. A blurry photo gets a request for a clearer one.

Maths and Science, mainly, for Classes 6 to 10 in the NCERT order. Social Science and Computer doubts are answered too. It teaches only with methods already covered in your child's class, so a Class 7 question never gets a Class 10 method.

Yes, with one limit. If the question is one they are answering right now in a graded practice, SwaVid teaches the method on a different example instead of giving that live answer. Once it is submitted, the full explanation opens up.

More of SwaVid

Asks one question at a time and waits. It does not hand over the answer.

A private space for your child to talk. Nothing here is marked.

One chapter, one question at a time, with the reason after every mistake.

Every chapter on one map, and one thing to do today.

What was finished today, what is still not clear, one question for dinner.

Find the gap, learn how they think, teach one step at a time, show you clearly what happened.
