Short answer. The Class 11 Psychology theory paper is 70 marks and 3 hours. The practical is 30 marks. Class 11 exams are set by the school. The marks are split over 8 units: Understanding Psychology 11, Methods of Enquiry in Psychology 13, Human Development 11, Sensory, Attentional and Perceptual Processes 8, Learning 9, Human Memory 8, Thinking 5 and Motivation and Emotion 5.
